The World Bank Country Director, Idah Pswarayi-Riddihough, has announced that the organization will later this year opened an office in Seychelles.
Ms. Pswarayi – Riddihough explained that by operating an office in Seychelles, the organization will have a ‘smoother dialogue’ with all local stakeholders and ‘then to be able to answer in a much more easy and flexible manner.’
Ms. Pswarayi-Riddihough made the declaration, after she paid a courtesy call on President Wavel Ramkalawan, at State House, yesterday.
The Minister for Finance, National Planning and Trade, Naadir Hassan, was part of the presidential delegation that welcomed Ms. Pswarayi-Riddihough to State House.
