The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Trade (MFEPT) wishes to advise all businesses that have received FA4JR assistance for their December payrolls that the online portal for submitting details of any downward payroll amendments is now open.
Only businesses that their employees would not be on the January 2021 payroll compared to the December 2020 should submit their payroll amendments.
On the other hand, businesses that their January 2021 payroll is the same as the December 2020 would not need to submit anything.
All amendments are to be submitted only through the online portal link: https://mof.egov.sc/fa4jrsubmissions
The portal is currently open only for submission of downward payroll amendments.
The deadline for submission of such amendments to the December/January payroll is Monday 25th January 2021.
The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Trade would also like to inform all businesses that the 2021 procedures for FA4JR are to be declared this week, and the portal will be updated to reflect such procedures once they are announced.
