2020 Budget to be revised to deal with global coronavirus pandemic

Following a high-level meeting of the Economic Forum at State House yesterday, Minister Loustau-Lalanne announced that the Ministry of Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning will revise the 2020 Budget in light of the effect the global coronavirus pandemic is expected to have on the island nation's economy. The revised Budget, which is expected to provide assistance to businesses, improve food security and ensure that our health services are adequately resourced, will be presented to the National Assembly by the 31st of March.
