FA4JR May applications open, renewal forms now available

The Financial Assistance for Job Retention (FA4JR) Committee has announced that applications for financial assistance for the month of May are now open. After the close of business on Friday 8th May, the Committee is no longer accepting submissions for the month of April.

Applicants who have already successfully applied for assistance in April and wish to renew their applications for the month of May will need to submit a renewal form; either Form 3 for business owners seeking renewal of payroll assistance, or Form 4 for self-employed individuals seeking renewal of income assistance.

In addition to the completed and signed renewal form, applicants will also need to submit the following documents:

Form 3 (for business owners requesting the renewal of payroll assistance):

  • May payroll (the month for which you are applying)

  • April bank statements for all bank accounts

Form 4 (for self-employed individuals requesting renewal of income assistance):

However, since some applicants have already submitted renewal applications for May using the original application forms (Form 1 & 2), the Committee has confirmed that these applications will be accepted and processed. It will not be necessary for these applicants to resubmit the application using the renewal forms (Form 3 & 4).

Early deadline for May applications

Business owners, NGOs and self-employed individuals have until Monday 18th May to submit their forms and supporting documents for financial assistance in May, either electronically via email to or alternatively in hard copy via a sealed envelope dropped off at Liberty House or any District Administration office.
