Donations for COVID-19 relief efforts

COVID-19 may leave healthcare and other essential support services in urgent need of additional financial support as they battle to keep the pandemic under control in Seychelles. In light of this, the Department of Finance has created a special account for the donation of funds towards COVID-19 disaster relief efforts.
Members of the public are advised that all COVID-19 relief donations should be directed to the following account:
Bank: Central Bank of Seychelles
Account name: COVID-19 Relief Fund
Account number: 14166
Unlike many other natural disasters, the proceeds will not be used to assist people individually. The Department of Health will access the funds if and when needed and will ensure that appropriate records are maintained regarding their use of these funds.
