Sensitisation sessions for boards of directors, CEOs, Chief Financial Officers, Financial Controllers and Board Secretaries of Public Enterprises,

The boards of directors of Public Enterprises, which are the governing body of the Public Enterprises and managements will be provided with information on the Code of Corporate Governance and its Guidance Notes, in two separate meetings.
This will take place on the 17th and 18th April, 2019, at the STC Conference Centre, from 9.00a.m to 12 noon.
Moreover, there will be discussions on other issues of compliance from Public Enterprises and future projects in the oversight of the Public Enterprise sector would be discussed.
On the 17th April 2019, the meeting will comprised of board members, CEOs, Chief Financial Officers/ Financial Controllers and Board Secretaries of Public Enterprise which under the portfolio of the Minister of Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning.
And on the second day, the 18th April 2019; board members, CEOs, Chief Financial Officers/ Financial Controllers and Board Secretaries of Public Enterprise which under the portfolio of other Ministers, namely the Vice President, Minister responsible for Housing & Land Transport, Minister responsible for Environment & Energy, Minister responsible for Civil Aviation & Marine and Minister responsible for Fisheries.
