Seychelles participated and approved historic WIPO Treaty

Seychelles participated and approved the adoption of a historical new Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge.
The adoption of the new World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Treaty took place on 24th May, in a conference held in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ms. Aissata Dia, Senior Trade Officer and Ms. Emy-Lee Lucas, Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Seychelles to the United Nations Office and other International Organisations represented Seychelles.
