Temporary Government Measures to support the Lower Income Earners - new phone number

A new phone number has been set up, to be used alongside the HOTLINE 190, under the Temporary Government Measures to support the lower income earners programme.

 

The new number is: 2606368

 

In the meantime, the registration process for all private sector workers, in formal employment, earning a gross salary of less than R9,000 is continuing.

 

All workers, and pensioners, earning the above mention sum, are also eligible for an additional R300 for electricity. The registration process should be followed also.

 

The next date of registration is on Saturday 06th August, from 9am to 1pm.
