Minister Hassan delivers a statement on the Economic impact of the Ukraine/Russia crisis on Seychelles

Minister Naadir Hassan has called for unity and stability, as Seychelles braces itself for another crisis, because of the war between Ukraine and Russia.
Delivering a statement on the potential economic impact of the crisis, before the National Assembly, this afternoon, Minister Hassan noted he is leading a working group to continuously monitor the situation and ensures appropriation measures are taken swiftly, to mitigate the impact of the crisis, on the population.
Following the statement, MNAs were able to ask questions to the panel, which consisted of Minister Hassan, SS Patrick Payet and Governor of the Central Bank of Seychelles, Ms. Caroline Abel.
