Deadline for Non-Seychellois to register their Immovable Property looms

The deadline for non-Seychellois who owns an immovable property to register is looming.
They have to register with the Registrar General.
Hard copies of the application form are available at the Office of the Registrar-General, at Independence House.
On the other hand, application forms are also available on the website of the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC), as well as on www.egov.sc.
Non-Seychellois who owns an immovable property is being advised to register before the deadline, to avoid facing penalties.
The deadline to register is 31st October 2021.
