Budget 2021- debating and voting on each budget head still ongoing in the National Assembly

Some 20 budget dependent entities have had their budgets approved so far by the National Assembly.
The Legislative Branch of the Government entered into Committee Stage to debate and vote on the Budget heads on Thursday 25th February, one day after the Minister for Finance, Economic Planning and Trade, Naadir Hassan, gave his summoning up, after Members gave their response on his Budget 2021 Speech.
The Budget 2021 speech was delivered by Minister Hassan on 16th February before the National Assembly.
On Monday 08th March, the National Assembly will enter its second week to continue its work to vote on each budget head.
This year’s national budget is R11,013,648.296.
