Draft estimates of Revenues, Expenditures and Financing Requirements for the Fiscal year 2021

BUDGET CIRCULAR FOR NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS
The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Trade is inviting applications from not-for-profit organizations for Government grant under the National Grants Policy for the fiscal year 2021. Any request estimates should be based on the following assumptions -

The request should reach the Ministry through the online application no later than Monday 1 1 th January 2021. Please note that no extension to the deadline is possible in view of our internal deadline. The draft estimates are essential to the orderly planning of the Government's budget which will be reviewed alongside other prospective request from other Agencies. Application forms are available online on the ministry's website: www.finance.gov.sc in the National Grant 2021 documents.
The Government Grant application will be subjected to a review process and approval by the National Grant Committee will be based on merit basis rather than automatic funding.
