| Seychelles Announces Appointment of White Oak as Financial Advisor |

Victoria, Seychelles: The Government of the Republic of Seychelles announced today that it has appointed White Oak Advisory LLP to act as its financial advisor in the context of its ongoing debt restructuring process. White Oak is staffed by the same former Houlihan Lokey bankers who were previously advising Seychelles.
“The appointment of this new specialist advisory firm ensures absolute continuity as our debt restructuring process enters its next phase”, said Ahmed Afif, Principal Secretary at the Ministry of Finance. James Zukin, co-founder of Houlihan Lokey, said “we were pleased to have helped Seychelles to reach a successful agreement with the Paris Club earlier this year.
