The Concessionary Credit Agency is a Division in the Ministry of Finance which is responsible for providing micro financing and credit facilities under the following government funded schemes:

Cottage Industry
Youth Enterprise scheme (YES)
Agriculture Development Fund (ADF)
Export Marketing Scheme (EMS)
Small Business Finance Facilities (SBFF)

CCA’s objective is to provide an efficient and quality service to the small entrepreneur and facilitate financial assistance the development of small and medium enterprise. As a one stop shop for concessionary credit facilities it is responsible monitoring the financial arrangements and the performance of assisted businesses receiving concessionary financial assistance.

Whilst governed by a board who assist in assessing loan applications, the Director of CCA reports directly to the Principal Secretary of Finance.
